Hello beautiful people! My name is Hayley Simone and I am a licensed esthetician in San Antonio. My specialties are waxing, brow services, tooth gems, and (soon to come) permanent makeup. I am super excited to work with you! Down below are some things to know before booking: - Pure Perfection works with My Salon Suites to donate to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Your business helps us stay on track! - Online bookings are allowed 24 hours before desired time slot. - The time slot you were hoping for is already booked? Join the waitlist and be notified if that slot opens up. -Walk-ins are always welcome! - After 10 minutes a $10 late fee will be applied. After 20 minutes with no communication the appt will be cancelled. View cancellation policy for more details. - Please have all forms completed prior to service. A link will be attached to confirmation email. - A nonrefundable deposit is required for most services. The deposit does go towards your service total. - All discounts and deals will be applied in shop. Also check the “Deals” tab when booking. - Please feel free to contact me for any reason at all. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation:
100% of the service price will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment and client will be prompted to reschedule at full service price. Cancellations MUST be done through booking site for organizational purposes. DM and text cancellation do not qualify as proper cancellations. No exceptions.
No-call/No-shows:
Life happens, but please try to avoid no-call/no-shows. The cancellation fee will be charged and if it becomes a habit I will no longer allow booking in advance for that client, all appointments will need to be walk in/same day. Contact info can be found on all platforms for same day bookings. Walk-ins are always welcome and will only be charged service price. Same day bookings via DM or text are subject to $15 convenience fee.
Appointment Confirmation:
An appointment confirmation text and/or email will be sent 72 hours before your appointment and an appointment reminder text and/or email will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to confirm your appointment does not qualify as a cancellation. Client must cancel appointment through booking site via the email/text received or be subject to cancellation fee.
Booking:
All new clients are required to place a card on file when scheduling an appointment. Your card will only be charged the deposit amount until after services are complete or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. The deposit amount does go towards the service price. Your appointment is not set if the deposit amount is unable to be charged. Once charged client will receive an email/text of appointment approval.
Rescheduling and last minute bookings:
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to new desired time. Last minute rescheduling will add a $15 convenience fee to your total. Bookings within 24 hours of desired time are considered last minute bookings as they will require you to reach out to me personally via DM or text. Last minute bookings will also add a $15 convenience fee to your total.
Late fee:
Clients have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes a $10 late fee will be applied. After 20 minutes the appointment will be considered a no-call/no-show at which point 100% of the service fee will be charged along with the $10 late fee.
Failure to pay:
The inability to charge your card or failure to pay at checkout will result in client being banned from future bookings via website. All appointments from that point on will be at my discretion. Client may be requested to pay in full in advance and may be subject to $15 convenience fee if appointments are made same day.
